Outlaw® is a new – and better – kind of squeeze-on

Outlaw brings the power of cyphenothrin to squeeze-on repellants

Outlaw Squeeze-OnMost squeeze-on repellants on the market today are based on old technology. For years, permethrin has been the insect repellant of choice among knowledgeable horse people. But now there’s something better: cyphenothrin.

In a controlled test, Sentry Outlaw with 40% cyphenothrin killed or repelled 82% of face flies after the first 24 hours, while a permethrin horse squeeze-on controlled only 69% for the same time period. What’s more, clinical tests show that 100% of the  Culex mosquitoes, a mosquito often associated with West Nile Virus, were not biting horses treated with Outlaw Squeeze-On 11 days after application.

That’s especially important, because West Nile Virus (WNV) is a potentially deadly threat to your horse – the USDA estimates that one in three horses diagnosed with the disease dies or is euthanized because of it.. Click here to learn more about WNV.

50% longer between reapplication

In addition to the extra effectiveness of cyphenothrin, the recommended time between applications for the leading brands of squeeze-on is every two weeks. But Sentry Outlaw Equine Squeeze-On lets you go 50% longer between applications – reapplication is recommended only once every three weeks.

That means Outlaw is significantly more convenient in addition to being more effective. And because you use it less often, it costs less. It’s the ideal choice to protect your horse nuisance insects as well as the threat of West Nile Virus.

Easy, no-mess application

Outlaw Equine Squeeze-On is easy to apply, even in cramped or breezy conditions that make a spray hard to manage. Each dose is conveniently packaged in two 4.5ml applicator tubes, making it easy to accurately apply it to the six target zones on the horse. Here’s all you do:

1. Apply to the poll, taking care to avoid the eyes (2 ml total)
2. Streak each side of the withers (1 ml total)
3. Streak each side of the hindquarters (2 ml total)
4. Streak the front of each front leg below the knee (2 ml total)
5. Streak the back of each hind leg below the hock (2 ml total)
