How often can I use the Waterless Shampoo on my pet?
It can be used as often a necessary or use to spot clean any dirty patch without the need to bathe entire animal.

The Cool Spot™ spray says it is for the relief of Hot Spots - what is a Hot Spot and how often is it safe to use?
Hot Spots are areas of inflammation/irritation on the skin typically caused by excessive scratching, mild infections, insect bites or allergies. Cool Spot can be used 2 to 3 times per day as needed.

What is the difference between PetRelief Ear Cleaner and Ear Cleaner Relief?
The ear cleaner should be used as a general ear cleanser. Ear Cleaner Relief should be used where signs of irritation are also present as it will soothe and calm the irritated tissue.

Tips
Using lukewarm water, rinse your pet well (hand-held showerheads are ideal for this).

The face and ears should be washed with a soapy washcloth to avoid getting soap in the pet’s eyes or ears.

Rinse shampoo thoroughly from pet until water runs clear of any shampoo.
